You will receive two confirmation emails after we receive your registration. One email will confirm payment and the other will send you the details related to your class specifics such as what to bring, types of treats, suggestions for supplies, etc.
Sorry, we currently do not offer tours. We operate at multiple satellite locations and our grooming salon is in operation daily at our main location. Please don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment to talk to a trainer if you have additional concerns or questions.
We have a ratio of 1/6. We have no more than 6 dogs per one Instructor in a class. We typically don’t run a class with less than 3 dogs or more than 7 without multiple trainers.
Sometimes! We really like to work with distractions when the students and dogs are ready.
Yes. There is a $25 fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please see our cancellation policy.
AKC star comes with an official certification from AKC. The puppy preschool gets a Wag diploma only.
Yes we do. Although this breed tends to mat easily so there are many specifics related to their regular grooming schedule and current condition. Your groomer will examine the skin and coat and determine which grooming plan is best for your dog based on the length and thickness of the coat.
Yes we do, although if it’s severe we will not groom your dog for prevention of injury and will refer you to your veterinarian. If the matting can be treated at our salon (a rating of under 4 on a scale of 1-5) then you will need to sign an extra waiver explaining the risks and possible complications involved with matted dogs and their skin, etc.
Every day is different based on the age, health and behavior of the dogs, although we typically say no more than 4 hours.
