Why Us?

The Wag Method

Pioneered by expert trainer, Christine Fox, the Wag n Tails system is based on the latest research and science of dog training. The goal is not force, but a stronger relationship between pets and their parents. In business since 1999, Wag n Tails has developed a proprietary method for Dog Training that is not only effective, but also prioritizes fun and mindfulness.

Apprentice Program FAQs

We pride ourselves on staying educated and current on all the newest developments and training methods. We update and change our programs regularly so they are always geared towards real-world daily circumstances based on the latest findings in scientific discoveries in the learning process and what pros around the world have discovered in the training spectrum.

Nosework has recently presented itself as a great way for dogs to relieve stress. Excellent for the average dog and pet parent for example. Also, therapy dog testing is on the rise.

Definitely! There has been much more research performed on the dogs brain recently. How many words can they learn? Can dogs feel emotions? They certainly can and they can learn as many words as a young human toddler. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

You will get a certificate of completion from Wag ‘N’ Tails, which you should be very proud of! Also, past TAP grads have used this course to prepare themselves to successfully pass the Certified Professional Dog Trainer Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) qualifying exam to earn their certification title.

Yes. Most likely YES. Let’s talk after you’re holding your fancy grad certificate!
