Please reveiw the following updated policy regarding holidays:

Holidays **UPDATED 12/2011**

Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Reservations must be made prior to 5 days before the holiday for overnight boarding, otherwise your invoice will be charged $5.00 extra per day for the length of the stay. All guests, regardless of the time of reservation, are charged $5.00 extra on the day of the holiday. For instance, Fourth of July is an extra $5 for that day only. Day care clients must notify the office if you do not plan to attend day care on a Holiday, otherwise a package visit will be used. We appreciate your understanding as it is imperative that we staff and plan our days accordingly.

For our Boarding and Daycare guests, on the day of a Holiday we have limited Drop Off and Pick Up times.
Drop Offs or Pick Ups may only be made from 9AM – 10AM or from 4PM – 5PM on the day of a Holiday (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and/or Thanksgiving).

Daycare clients must notify the office if you do not plan to attend day care on a Holiday, otherwise a package visit will be used. We do not accept Add On (walk in) daycare guests on Holidays. If you would like your dog to come for daycare on a Holiday the visit must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
